A Louisiana native, Chef Larry was raised in the rich culinary heritage of Cajun and French cooking. After studying at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, he worked at a number of prestigious restaurants in New Orleans, Dallas and Telluride. These restaurants include Alex Patout’s Louisiana Kitchen, The Mansion on Turtle Creek, and The Peaks in Mountain Village.
With a signature cooking style that is elegant yet easy, Chef Larry will work closely with you to customize the menu for any taste, preference, or type of cuisine.
